Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders typically orders will ship within 1-2 business days from Maryland and will be delivered within 3 – 7 business days depending on where you are located. However, during holidays and severe weather conditions, shipping times may be delayed. During such occasional delays, we appreciate your patience. Once packages are accepted and scanned by the post office, we have no control over the package. While we have taken all measures for you to receive your package, we are confident that you will, on rare occasions, packages can be lost or stolen.

We are not responsible for any packages that are stolen or lost once scanned and sent out for delivery but will do our best to assist in this case.

You are responsible for reaching out to your local post office for any package that the post office attempted to deliver but failed.

Once your package is received, please take the time to inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately at 10dollarstore@jonhord.com. We will work with you to get you a replacement or a refund.
